What are my payment and shipping options?
Major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal are also a valid form of payment. Online Events LLC ships worldwide. Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 3-4 business days for processing. Order tracking is available approximately 24 hours after your order has shipped.
Can I ship to my P.O. Box, APO or FPO?
No, a physical shipping address is required for all deliveries. Unfortunately we do not ship to military or post office boxes at this time.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email confirmation with an order number. Tracking information is updated when the order is
How can I return or exchange my order?
Please email contact@hkspotlightapparel.com for any type of return. You will need to include your order number in the request. The return window is 30 days from purchase date. If approved, a Return Authorization (RA) will be issued and must be written on the packing slip and outside of the package when returned.
In the event an item is out of stock, a refund will be initiated and the card that was used in the checkout process will be refunded. Items returned to us without a Return Authorization will not be replaced or refunded. Return items must be in NEW condition and in original packaging.
How do I cancel or change my order?
We are unable to change the shipping address or shipping method once an order has been placed. We recommend processing a new order with the required changes and emailing contact@darkspotlight.com to cancel the initial order.
What should I do if I received the wrong item(s)?
Please email contact@hkspotlightapparel.com within 10 days of order receipt with your order number and a description of the discrepancy. If the item cannot be replaced you will refunded the purchase price via the original payment method, minus shipping cost.
Where can I find garment care instructions?
Care instructions are specific to each garment. Please check the labels or directly with the manufacturer for specific instructions.
How do I use a promo code?
A code can be redeemed at the final step during checkout. Locate the box labeled gift card/discount and enter the provided code. The discount will be immediately applied to the purchase. Multiple codes may not be used during a single purchase.

How do I cancel my order and receive a refund?
Email your order number to contact@hkspotlightapparel.com An email notification will be sent confirming your request. Due to third-party processing, a request may take up to 10 days to be fully refunded.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
HK Spotlight is not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged after it leaves our warehouse. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.
